Home  /  Careers  /  Product Marketing Director Return to Previous Page Product Marketing Director Job Reference #: X06340 Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Director to join our growing team in Ottawa, Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, the Product Marketing Director will help define the MyFax marketing plan as it relates to new product releases and ongoing new customer acquisition and retention. This includes market and competitive analysis and the development of positioning, pricing and promotional plans. Requirements: Helps develop and maintain an integrated marketing plan. Implements marketing plan and analyses progress. Continuously measures and refines programs based on results Accountable for content, training and deployment of marketing and sales tools. Creates product demos for external audiences. Conducts market research and analysis, identifying key segments and potential partners. Helps to define and articulate product positioning, messaging and key benefits for relevant target markets. Prioritizes product requirements based on input from sales and customers, and works with product management for implementation. Helps develop and implement programs to maintain customer churn rates at acceptable levels. Refines and implements referral program to leverage existing customer base. Project manages product launches. Additional: Marketing Management experience. Previous successful development and implementation of marketing plans for online businesses Experience in developing a comprehensive market map, including market segmentation, market analysis and competitive positioning. Experience in developing and executing lead generation programs. Strong analytical skills A demonstrated commitment to the customer to ensure their satisfaction and ultimate retention. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in subscription-based web marketing, web sales – including PPC, natural search and email marketing.
