Joseph Nour Chief Executive Officer
Joseph is Co-Founder, and CEO of Protus. Joseph's vision and passion have propelled Protus from conception to incorporation.
As CEO, Joseph's infectious enthusiasm makes him the company's principal advocate and most dynamic evangelist. Joseph has had an extensive and varied career in the telecommunications industry, including over 16 years of experience in the development and deployment of voice and data communications products and services for leading Canadian telephone companies.
Joseph holds a Bachelors Degree of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) and an executive MBA from the University of Ottawa. |

Simon Nehme Chief Technology Officer
As Co-Founder and CTO, Simon has driven Protus from a technical perspective, delivering leading-edge products to a growing market. Simon anticipated the development of an IP messaging market, and created a scalable architecture that continues to deliver new features - encompassing integrated messaging.
As Chief Technology Officer he encourages and fosters innovation and creativity in Protus software development efforts while managing the operation and technology infrastructure.
Simon is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and holds a BSc in Computer Engineering. |

Thomas Martin Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered Accountant, Tom joined Protus in 2001 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the senior management team, Tom leads the company's financing and performance measurement activities; he also manages the corporate, general, and administrative operations, including all financial and administrative functions of the company.
Tom's experience and skills include strategic financial facilitation, financial planning, systems development and implementation, process engineering, business planning, and financial management.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Waterloo. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. |

Steve Adams Vice President Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Steve's extensive experience in product and sales management and as a marketer gives him keen insights and an empathic view into the customer's objectives, challenges, and realities. As a senior executive with the Protus management team, Steve develops marketing strategies that support the corporate business strategy and drives efforts to tie program results to business values.
Steve has over 19 years of experience in the high-tech and software industry in creating and marketing new products and expanding technology organizations.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and the Ivey School of Business. |

Rudy Richman Vice President Sales
As Vice-President of Sales, Rudy is responsible for providing a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through Protus sales worldwide. With an eye toward driving revenue, growth, and profitability, he focuses on high value solution, and subscription selling. Rudy brings extensive market knowledge, business experience, and leadership skills essential to broadening both domestic and international sales efforts for the company.
Rudy has extensive telecommunications experience, including sales, business development, marketing, and executive-management. Rudy's success has been in the development, implementation, and execution of domestic & international sales team strategies.
Rudy attended both Nassau College and the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Old Westbury. |
