Protus Launches Interactive Voice Messaging Solution
Ottawa, Ont.-based application service provider Protus IP Solutions has launched an Interactive Voice Messaging Solution that includes a new survey and polling feature designed for companies who require immediate customer feedback within business operations.

Interactive survey and polling provides a fresh approach to Protus" existing outbound voice broadcast services, offering organizations a fast, reliable communication method to collect information from employees, customers, prospects and constituents.

Organizations can now send telephone surveys to key contacts and expect an immediate response, along with detailed, real-time reports. The service format is extremely flexible, which means surveys can be designed in a variety of ways, allowing for the collection of data from multiple-choice questions or from digit sequences like account numbers.

Appropriate for many markets, interactive messaging is ideal for marketing or advertising agencies implementing market research studies, public opinion polls, customer service follow-up calls, appointment confirmations and promotions.
