Within one business day of completing your registration request you will receive your user ID and instructions on how to begin using the service.
2. Will my list be sold or reused for other clients?

Protus can send your broadcast anywhere in the world.
4. Does Protus offer a volume discount?
Protus can provide you with discounts based on high volumes.

5. Can broadcasts be sent at any time?
Broadcasts can be scheduled for the time of your choosing.
Solicited broadcasts can be sent at anytime as long as it adhere to broadcast regulations.
Regulations may specify specific times for unsolicited broadcasts. Check with the appropriate regulators, like the FCC or CRTC, for details.
6. Will Protus manage and maintain my lists or database?
Protus staff will not manage or perform any maintenance on your lists.
You (the broadcasting company) must handle all responses to the broadcast.
Protus will provide you with detailed reports, which will allow you to filter your lists and make your broadcast more productive.

8. Does Protus provide lists?
Protus delivers fax and voice broadcasts but does not provide either the content, or the lists.

Register as a Protus customer to receive your user id and password.

Protus attempts to send your fax multiple times.
Customers are only charged for completions.
4. How many retries does your system perform?
A fax number will be tried multiple times if a voice answer or a busy signal is received.
5. Will Protus' name show up anywhere on my document? No.
Your document will show only what you want it to.
6. Can the document be personalized (merged)? Yes.
Protus does offer a merge service to personalize your faxes.
7. Does a merge cost extra?
There is an additional cost for a fax merge.
